Filing Requirements:
Filing with the NAIC does not exempt any state filing requirements. Please check with state insurance departments in which you are doing business to ensure you are meeting their filing requirements. Companies licensed or accredited to write business in the State of New York are encouraged to file their NY Supplemental filings with the NAIC via this Internet Filing site. Your supplemental filings will be sent directly to New York for processing. Hard copies are still required to be sent to New York. |
